"Staten Island"? Now They’re Just Makin’ Up Places!
I’m sure you will be delighted to learn that yet another webcomic has passed the rigorous vetting process and is now ready to début on my site. Readers, I give you: Alien loves Predator, by Bernie Hou!
Cast of characters:
- Preston, a Predator
- Abe, an Alien.
- Jesus, a baseball star (and also the Son of God)
- Corinna, a psychic with blurry Second Sight
- Abe’s Ma, an Alien Queen with gaudy pendant earrings and a whole lotta attitude.
- Zeev and Boris, two of Abe’s uncountable siblings. Bad news.
- Eliza Dushku (poster of), Abe’s shrink. Fond of answering a question with a question.
Hilarious wackiness! Off-the-wall riotousness! And funny, too! (Note: the episodes I have linked to directly are relatively clean, but the webcomic as a whole contains plenty o’ potty humor, as well as adult language and situations.) Enjoy!
P.S. For those of you who are interested, the “vetting process” consists of my stumbling across a webcomic and devouring its archives over the course of a day or so. I embark on a similar obsessive crusade when I discover any new shiny object, be it an author, an artist, a restaurant, or a recipe.
