The page starts with the end of the sentence from the previous page, so I won't count that. It also includes two sentence fragments that end in periods like this: "39 All Souls Unitarian Church, southeast corner of 16th and Harvard Streets." Including the fragments, the fifth sentence, referring to the aforementioned All Souls Unitarian Church, reads: "Today the congregation is integrated and something of a status church among Washington residents." However, if I skip the fragments, the fifth <i>complete</i> sentence reads: "This is a very interesting architectural period piece designed by Ramm Hanson and Don Carlos Young of Salt Lake City, completed in 1933." So I avoid the stacks of unsold Mormon books, pull out a travel guide, and still wind up having a sentence about the former Mormon Washington Chapel, now owned by the Unification Church. Sigh.
